Major sponsor means a sponsor of a public assembly facility or of a team
Major sponsor means a sponsor of a public assembly facility or of a team or event held at the facility where the amount paid by the sponsor to the owner of the facility, to the team, or for the event is at least $100,000 per year.
Major sponsor means a Sponsor whose Ownership Percentage is at least 25% of such Sponsor’s Original Ownership Percentage. Any consent, approval, election or action taken or contemplated to be taken by the “Major Sponsors” or “each of the Major Sponsors” pursuant to this Agreement shall require the approval of each of (i) the Bain Sponsors and (ii) the Whitney Sponsors (unless and until either or both have ceased to be a Major Sponsor pursuant to the preceding sentence).
More Definitions of Major sponsor
Major sponsor shall be defined as a sponsor that orders an average of at least one (1) minute per episode over each thirteen (13) week cycle of episodes. Artist may render unlimited non-identified voice-over services in commercials and render services in unlimited foreign commercials and, subject to the prior written approval of the Series licensee (which at Artist’s request, Producer will use good faith efforts to obtain) and Producer, render services on commercials for products and services not competitive with products or services of a major sponsor of the Pilot/Series or with Sony products or services.
Major sponsor means an individual or corporation making a contribution with a substantial monetary value to the Trust to assist the Trust in its work.
Major sponsor has the meaning set forth in the Stockholders Agreement.
