Major utility facility definition

Major utility facility means a facility that meets the definition of major utility facility set forth in section 4906.01 of the Revised Code.

  • Energy facility means an energy plant or transmission

  • Liquidity Facility Means, initially, the Revolving Credit Agreement dated as of the date hereof relating to the Applicable Certificates, between the Liquidity Provider and Wilmington Trust, National Association, as Subordination Agent, as agent and trustee for the Applicable Trust, and, from and after the replacement of such agreement pursuant to the Intercreditor Agreement, the replacement liquidity facility therefor, in each case as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with their respective terms.

  • Replacement Facility means 1 of the following:

  • Repair facility Means any licensed automotive REPAIR FACILITY capable of performing repair services to a COVERED PART, approved by the ADMINISTRATOR, and at which YOU seek to acquire service under this CONTRACT.

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.
