Majority Series A Investors definition

Majority Series A Investors means the shareholder(s) of the Company holding more than fifty percent (50%) of the outstanding Series A Preferred Shares.
Majority Series A Investors means the holders of more than fifty percent (50%) of the voting power of the issued and outstanding Series A Preferred Shares (voting together as a single class and on an as-converted basis).

  • Majority Stockholders means any Stockholder or combination of Stockholders who at the date of this Agreement own shares of Company Common Stock representing more than two-thirds of the total number of shares of Company Common Stock outstanding at the date of this Agreement.

  • Super Majority Vote means, the affirmative vote of the holders of Outstanding Interests of all Series representing at least two thirds of the total votes that may be cast by all such Outstanding Interests, voting together as a single class.

  • Registrable Securities then outstanding means the number of shares determined by adding the number of shares of outstanding Common Stock that are Registrable Securities and the number of shares of Common Stock issuable (directly or indirectly) pursuant to then exercisable and/or convertible securities that are Registrable Securities.

  • Majority Members means Members holding a majority of the Units owned by all Members or if there is only one Member, such Member.

  • Series B Preferred means the Company's Series B Preferred Stock, par value $0.01 per share.

  • Series A Shares means the Company’s Series A Preferred Stock, par value $0.01 per share.

  • Series A-1 Preferred Stock means shares of the Company’s Series A-1 Preferred Stock, par value $0.0001 per share.
