Majority Shares definition

Majority Shares means the number of shares of Company Voting Stock that could elect a majority of the directors of the Company if all directors were to be elected at a single meeting.
Majority Shares means such number of the voting shares in a corporation as shall amount to more than one-half thereof.
Majority Shares has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

Majority Shares means the remaining shares in the issued share capital of the company as at Completion which when aggregated with the Shares will constitute the entire issued share capital of the Company as at Completion;
