Managed Network Services definition

Managed Network Services. Has the meaning set forth in RFO Section 2.1.a) including facility, power, and HVAC solutions.
Managed Network Services means the provision of (a) service to a customer consisting solely of the provisioning and maintenance of the logical and physical elements of the customer's wide area communications network, and, to the extent relating to a customer's wide area communications network, directly related planning, design, installation, maintenance and ongoing life cycle support functions, and (b) equipment on the customer's premises at the interface between a wide area communications network and the remainder of the customer's networking environment insofar as the equipment so provided facilitates (i) the maintenance of the customer's wide area communication services, (ii) the recording of performance data with respect to the customer's wide area communications services, (iii) the provisioning of new wide area communications services to the customer or changes in the parameters of the wide area communications services provided to the customer, or (iv) the integration of multiple wide area communications services, but excluding in the case of clause (a) or (b) any such service or equipment that materially extends services beyond the interface described above further into the customer's non-wide area communications network.
Managed Network Services has the meaning given in the IT Agreement.

  • Sprint Managed Network Services is comprised of engineering, design, and implementation of customer networks, including WAN transport; LANs and CPE; day-to-day operational support; configuration management; network and CPE monitoring; proactive notification; fault management; trouble resolution; and network and device performance reporting.

More Definitions of Managed Network Services

Managed Network Services means the services to be provided to the Customer under this Agreement including, where specified in Annex 1, Managed Firewall Services, Managed Internet Access Services, Managed LAN Services, Managed WAN Services and Managed Wi-Fi Services.
Managed Network Services means the provision of service to a customer consisting of the management of the logical and physical elements of a customer's end-to-end communications network, including network transport and equipment, and incremental, directly related network systems and applications planning, design, integration and migration, and customer support functions.
Managed Network Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1 (Introduction).

Related to Managed Network Services

  • Network Services means the equipment, software, and services necessary to transmit voice, data, or video.

  • Managed Services means the services provided by a Client to End Users using the SaaS and Client’s intellectual capital and/or additional services supplied by Client.

  • Network Service means a Service provided by means of the Network.

  • Network Service Provider means an intermediary;

  • BT Network means the communications network owned or leased by BT and used to provide the Service.

  • Network Operator means the network operator who operates the wireless network of networks to which the SIM Cards are connected.

  • Mobile Network means a 3G or 4G network or any other mobile communications network which we choose to provide Mobile services.

  • Core Network means the transport infrastructure identified in accordance with Chapter III of Regulation (EU) No 1315/2013;

  • ACH Network means the funds transfer system, governed by the NACHA Rules, that provides funds transfer services to participating financial institutions.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Network Service User means an entity using Network Transmission Service.

  • Network pharmacy means any pharmacy that has an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment/supplies covered under this agreement. All other pharmacies are NON-NETWORK PHARMACIES. The one exception and for the purpose of specialty Prescription Drugs, only specialty pharmacies that have an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance are network pharmacies and all others pharmacies are non-network pharmacies.

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Network plan means a policy of group health insurance offered by an insurer under which the financing and delivery of medical care, including items and services paid for as medical care, are provided, in whole or in part, through a defined set of providers under contract with the insurer. The term does not include an arrangement for the financing of premiums.

  • Network means the participating providers described in the Provider Directory.

  • Child support services means any civil, criminal or administrative action taken by the Division of

  • Passenger Services means the Franchisee's railway passenger services as specified in any Timetable and/or Plan of the Day including those railway passenger services which the Franchisee may delegate or subcontract or otherwise secure through any other person from time to time in accordance with the Franchise Agreement;

  • Network User means each natural or legal person having concluded a Standard Transmission Agreement with the TSO for Transmission Services in the Transmission Grid.
