Management Agreement Effective Date definition

Management Agreement Effective Date means, except as provided in subdivision D 6 of § 23-38.88, 822 July 1 of the calendar year following the calendar year in which a management agreement is entered 823 into between the Commonwealth and a public institution of higher education.
