In the event of a failure to reach a solution that is acceptable to both Parties at the Management Review Meeting, the matter shall be referred to the Authority’s Representative and the Supplier’s Representative who attend the Strategic Management Review Meetings in order to determine the best course of action to resolve the matter (which may involve organising an ad-hoc meeting to discuss the performance issue specifically).
