Management Review Meetings. (a)These meetings will be held every quarter between the Authority and the Supplier’s Framework Manager(s) and representatives from key Contracting Body’s. The content of the review will be as set out but not limited to the information required in paragraph 2.2.5 but the information reviewed at the meeting will be based on quarterly management information provided by the Supplier.
Management Review Meetings shall include participation by program and IT management from the County and the Supplier, and participants shall review, plan, coordinate, and address issues with Supplier’s day to day delivery of the Services in accordance with the Agreement, including the integration of the individual Services provided by Supplier or third parties to service County programs, as directed by County, and reviewing Supplier performance and addressing service management issues. Issues that cannot be resolved by these Management Review Meetings may be escalated to the Executive Steering Meetings or such other meetings or groups as appropriate to address escalated issues as the County designates. The Management Review Meetings shall be chaired by the County Program Manager. Its attendees shall include the Supplier Program Manager, County executive management, and, as required by the County, County Program Managers and technical leads. Any additional attendees will be agreed upon between the Parties in advance of the meetings. The Management Review Meetings shall occur monthly at County facilities, or more often if required by the County, and, at a minimum, shall address the following:

Related to Management Review Meetings

  • Supervisory Review means ongoing clinical case reviews in accordance with procedures developed by ADMINISTRATOR, to determine the appropriateness of Diagnosis and treatment and to monitor compliance to the minimum ADMINISTRATOR and Medi-Cal charting standards. Supervisory review is conducted by the program/clinic director or designee.

  • Project Management Report means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;

  • Management Team means Xxxxxx X. X’Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Xx. and Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxxx.

  • Monitoring Committee means the committee established under clause 10 of this Award.

  • Technical Advisory Committee means a committee established under section 12;

  • Management Committee means in the case of a Competition which is an unincorporated association, the management committee elected to manage the running of the Competition and where the Competition is incorporated it means the Board of Directors appointed in accordance with the articles of association of that company.

  • Post-observation conference means a meeting, either in-person or remotely, between the supervisor who conducted the observation and the teaching staff member for the purpose of evaluation to discuss the data collected in the observation.

  • Procurement Committee means a Committee constituted by the Employer to perform the functions as such under the terms and conditions of Contract.

  • Asset Review Quorum In connection with any solicitation of votes to authorize an Asset Review as described in Section 11.01(a), the Holders of Certificates evidencing at least 5% of the aggregate Voting Rights represented by all of the Certificates.

  • Operating Committee means the Operating Committee of Epoch which meets frequently and is responsible for implementing the Company’s strategy, making operational decisions and overseeing the day-to-day running of the Company.

  • Application Review Start Date means the later date of either the date on which the District issues its written notice that the Applicant has submitted a completed Application or the date on which the Comptroller issues its written notice that the Applicant has submitted a completed Application and as further identified in Section 2.3.A of this Agreement.

  • Independent review organization means an entity that is accredited to conduct independent external reviews of adverse benefit determinations.

  • Records Review means any assessment the Province conducts pursuant to section A.7.4 (Records Review).

  • Utilization review plan or "plan" means a written procedure for performing review.

  • Peer review committee means one or more persons acting in a peer review capacity who also serve as an officer, director, trustee, agent, or member of any of the following:

  • Project Team means Owner, Contractor, A/E and consultants, any separate Contractors employed by Owner, and others employed for the purpose of programming, design, and construction of the Project. The members of the Project Team will be designated in writing by Owner and may be modified from time to time in writing by Owner.

  • Supervisory Committee means the Comisión Fiscalizadora of the Company.

  • Medical Review Officer (MRO means a licensed M.D. or D.O. with knowledge of drug abuse disorders, employed or used by the City to review drug results in accordance with this procedure.

  • Performance Tests means the tests to be conducted on the equipment at site for checking the performance parameters of the equipment as defined in Technical Specification.

  • Prehearing conference means a proceeding scheduled and conduc- ted by a hearing officer to address issues in preparation for a formal administrative hearing.

  • JMC has the meaning set forth in Section 3.01.
