County Facilities definition

County Facilities means any real or personal property of the County, including, without limitation, all buildings and structures, whether owned or leased by the County, the County Rights-of-Way, and the County Network.

County Facilities means any building, structure or vehicles owned or operated by the County of Santa Cruz, its agent, agencies, departments and franchisees.

More Definitions of County Facilities

County Facilities means the Central Landfill, the Transfer Stations, and/or the Materials Recovery Facility. As of the Execution Date of this Agreement, “County Facilities” do not include the Compost Facility or the Household Hazardous Waste Facility.
