You will report to your Government contact (“Contact”), and provide the following services: produce a film or video (“Film”) and provide production including titling, editing, scoring, dubbing, cutting and completion of the Film (“Production”) using Representatives and in accordance with this appendix and to provide such other services as are agreed between the parties from time to time in connection with the Film or Production. creating and developing a storyboard for the Film in full discussion with you and in accordance with the directions and request of the Government; managing the budget; consulting with and assisting in the writing of any script for narration in the Film; casting actors or voice artists in consultation with the Government; selecting, gathering, holding and developing in consultation with the Government material that is to be contributed to the Film or Production by third parties; making all necessary preparations for the Film and Production including providing or engaging the crew, studio and other necessary facilities and services necessary to render the Services; obtaining a licence to use or preparing and producing background music; creating and producing the Film and/or Production in a timely fashion in accordance with the budget and the production schedule; undertaking and overseeing all Production of the Film; and delivering to the Government the Film and other Materials on or before the date as provided by the Government.

3.1 Develop and provide a training program (“Training Program”) that will result in Government employees obtaining an applicable qualification provided by you as required by the Government. The qualification is to be made up of a wide range of units covering core management skills such as, understanding how to organise and delegate, plus skills in communication, team leadership, change, innovation and managing people and relationships. The Training Program allows for flexibility in unit choice which in turn means that the qualification can be tailored to meet the needs of the employee and employer.
3.2 The Training Program will be for developed and provided to the Government for:
(i) employees seeking to move up to the next level of management; and
(ii) managers who need to lead employees though organisational change, budget cuts or other pressures.
3.3 The benefits of this Training Program are as follows:
(i) Gain a range of key management skills and put them into practice in the employees own role.
(ii) Build employee leadership capabilities – motivate and engage teams, manage relationships confidently.
(iii) Develop employee leadership and management skills using employees own knowledge, values and motivations.
