This By-law shall be enforced by Municipal Law Enforcement Officers, and Police Officers, except for orders, work or actions issued or conducted under sections 13.7, 13.11 and 13.12 of this By-Law, which may be issued or conducted only at the direction of a Municipal Law Enforcement Officer or the Town’s of Manager of Licensing and Enforcement or such equivalent position as may exist at the Town at the time of enforcement.
