Mandatory Policy Data definition

Mandatory Policy Data means in respect of each Insured Motor Vehicle the information required or to be provided by each Member pursuant to:-

  • Mandatory Policies means the following of our business policies and codes:

  • Safeguard Policy Statement or “SPS” means ADB's Safeguard Policy Statement (2009);

  • Group Policy /”policy” means the breakdown policy as set out in this document;

  • SAP Policies means the operational guidelines and policies applied by SAP to provide and support the Cloud Service as incorporated in an Order Form.

  • Appendix Information means the information which must be provided for the selected modules as set out in the Appendix of the Approved EU SCCs (other than the Parties), and which for this Addendum is set out in:

  • Company Privacy Policy means each external or internal, past or present privacy policy of the Company, including any policy relating to (i) the privacy of users of the Company Products or of any Company Website, (ii) the collection, storage, disclosure, and transfer of any User Data or Personal Data, and (iii) any employee information.

  • Privacy Policy means the terms which set out how we will deal with confidential and personal information received from you via the Website;

  • Payment Information means any details required for the purchase of Services from this Website. This includes, but is not limited to, credit / debit card numbers, bank account numbers and sort codes;

  • Company Privacy Policies means all current and, to the extent applicable, prior public or internal policies, procedures and representations of the Company or its Subsidiaries to the extent relating to data security or the Processing of Personally Identifiable Information, including the Data Protection Program.

  • Privacy Policies has the meaning specified in Section 4.14(e).

  • Client Information means any data, information, software or other materials that you provide to Red Hat under the Agreement.

  • ISP-Bound Traffic means Telecommunications traffic, in accordance with the FCC’s Order on Remand and Report and Order, In the Matter of Implementation of the Local Compensation Provisions in the Telecommunications Act of 1996, Intercarrier Compensation for ISP-Bound Traffic, FCC 01-131, CC Docket Nos. 96-98, 99-68 (rel. April, 27, 2001) (“FCC ISP Compensation Order”), “ISP-Bound Traffic” shall mean Telecommunications traffic exchanged between CLEC and AT&T-21STATE in which the originating End User of one Party and the ISP served by the other Party are:

  • R&W Policy means a representation and warranty insurance policy for the benefit of Buyer obtained in connection with this Agreement on the terms described on Schedule 1.01 of the Buyer Disclosure Schedule.

  • Other Confidential Consumer Information The Contractor agrees to comply with the requirements of AHS Rule No. 08-048 concerning access to information. The Contractor agrees to comply with any applicable Vermont State Statute, including but not limited to 12 VSA §1612 and any applicable Board of Health confidentiality regulations. The Contractor shall ensure that all of its employees and subcontractors performing services under this agreement understand the sensitive nature of the information that they may have access to and sign an affirmation of understanding regarding the information’s confidential and non- public nature.

  • Public Information Act or “PIA” means Chapter 552 of the Texas Government Code.

  • Standard Usage Information means the usage data that is made generally available by the gas utility to all similarly situated Customers on a regular basis, delivered by the gas utility in a standard format.

  • Tariff Policy means a Tariff Policy adopted by the Council in terms of Section 74 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000.

  • Standard Certificate means a credential issued to certify that an educator has the prescribed knowledge, skill or education to practice in a particular area, teach a particular subject, or teach a category of students.

  • Clawback Policy is defined in Section 14.

  • Management Information means the information specified in the Monitoring Schedule.

  • Promotion of Access to Information Act ’ means the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (Act No. 2 of 2000);

  • Servicer Policies and Practices means, with respect to the Servicer’s duties under Exhibit A to the Servicing Agreement, the policies and practices of the Servicer applicable to such duties that the Servicer follows with respect to comparable assets that it services for itself and, if applicable, others.

  • Insider Trading Regulations means the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time.

  • Policy Date means the date on which the Search Report was prepared.
