Examples of Mandatory Prepayment Event Notice in a sentence
Upon the delivery of a Mandatory Prepayment Event Notice the Commitment shall immediately be terminated.
Following receipt of such Mandatory Prepayment Event Notice, the Borrowers shall pay to the Lender in accordance with Section 2.17 the Total Accrued Loan Amount on or before the Mandatory Prepayment Event Notice Deadline on the fifth Business Day following receipt by the Borrowers of the Mandatory Prepayment Event Notice.
On the first Business Day immediately following such Mandatory Prepayment Event Notice, Borrower shall give notice to Administrative Agent and each Lender (which notice may be given by email) providing a non-binding statement of the manner in which Borrower intends to satisfy the payment obligation set forth in the immediately following sentence.
On the second (2nd) Business Day immediately following delivery of such Mandatory Prepayment Event Notice, Borrower shall pay to Administrative Agent in accordance with Section 2.11 the Total Accrued Loan Amount.
On the second Business Day immediately following such Mandatory Prepayment Event Notice, (i) Borrower shall pay to Administrative Agent in accordance with Section 2.15 the Total Accrued Loan Amount in respect of Lender or Lenders delivering such Mandatory Prepayment Event Notice and (ii) all Commitments shall immediately be terminated.
Upon Borrower’s receipt of any Mandatory Prepayment Event Notice in accordance with Section 9.02, all Commitments shall immediately be terminated and Borrower shall, prior to the Relevant Cure Time with respect to such Mandatory Prepayment Event, pay to Administrative Agent in accordance with Section 2.11 the Total Accrued Loan Amount.
Within two (2) Business Days following receipt of such Mandatory Prepayment Event Notice, all Commitments shall immediately be terminated and Borrower shall pay to Administrative Agent the Total Accrued Loan Amount in accordance with Section 2.11.
A holder of Notes who has given a prepayment election notice following receipt of a Mandatory Prepayment Event Notice pursuant to Section 8.3 shall not thereafter be entitled to convert such Notes, unless the Company does not timely pay for such Notes.
Each Mandatory Prepayment Event Notice shall specify the events causing the Mandatory Prepayment Event, the Mandatory Prepayment Date, the place or places where Notes shall be surrendered for prepayment, and reasonable procedures that holders must follow to require the Company to prepay their Notes.
Not later than 2:00 p.m. on the first Business Day following such Mandatory Prepayment Event Notice, Borrower shall give notice to Administrative Agent and each Lender (which notice may be given by email) providing a non-binding statement of the manner in which Borrower intends to satisfy the payment obligation set forth in the immediately following sentence.
