Mandatory Registration Termination Date definition

Mandatory Registration Termination Date has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
Mandatory Registration Termination Date means the first day after the effective date of the Mandatory S-3 Registration Statement on which the Mandatory S-3 Registration Statement (as defined in Section 2 hereof) shall not be in effect.
