Stabilization means providing adequate measures, vegetative and/or structural, that will prevent erosion from occurring.
Serious assault means an act that constitutes a felony violation of chapter XI of the Michigan penal code, 1931 PA 328, MCL 750.81 to 750.90h, or that constitutes an assault and infliction of serious or aggravated injury under section 81a of the Michigan penal code, 1931 PA 328, MCL 750.81a.
Public nuisance means a building that is a menace to the public health, welfare, or safety, or that is structurally unsafe, unsanitary, or not provided with adequate safe egress, or that constitutes a fire hazard, or is otherwise dangerous to human life, or that in relation to the existing use constitutes a hazard to the public health, welfare, or safety by reason of inadequate maintenance, dilapidation, obsolescence, or abandonment. “Public nuisance” includes buildings with blighting characteristics as defined by Iowa Code section 403.2.
Insider Trading Policy means the written policy of the Company pertaining to the purchase, sale, transfer or other disposition of the Company’s equity securities by Directors, Officers, Employees or other service providers who may possess material, nonpublic information regarding the Company or its securities.
Crisis stabilization means emergency, psychiatric, and substance abuse services for the resolution of crisis situations and may include placement of an individual in a protective environment, basic supportive care, and medical assessment, and, if needed, referral to an ODMHSAS certified facility having nursing and medical support available.
Spam means unsolicited commercial communications, including unsolicited commercial messages as referred to in section 5.2.1.
close business associate means an individual who has had sufficient prior business dealings with the director, senior officer or control person to be in a position to assess the capabilities and trustworthiness of the director, senior officer or control person.
Stabilize means to provide medical treatment of the condition as may be necessary to assure, with reasonable medical probability, that no material deterioration of the condition is likely to result from or occur during the transfer of the individual from a facility, or, with respect to a pregnant woman who is having contractions, when there is inadequate time to safely transfer her to another hospital before delivery (or the transfer may pose a threat to the health or safety of the woman or un- born child), “Stabilize” means to deliver (includ- ing the placenta).

Trading Policy means the Company’s policy permitting certain individuals to sell Company shares only during certain “window” periods and/or otherwise restricts the ability of certain individuals to transfer or encumber Company shares, as in effect from time to time.

Securities Trading Act means the Securities Trading Act of 2007 no.75 of the Relevant Jurisdiction.

Public Advertisement means an announcement dated 05.07.2021 in newspaper(s) inviting an expression of interest from the Bidders, who shall submit their Bid to participate in the liquidation process of the Company in accordance with the provisions of IBC and Liquidation Process Regulations.
