Manitoba Hydro definition

Manitoba Hydro means the Manitoba Hydro-Electric Board.
Manitoba Hydro has the meaning set out in the recitals to this Contract; “NorthPoint” has the meaning set out in the recitals to this Contract; “Purposes” has the meaning set out in the recitals to this Contract;
Manitoba Hydro means: (a) The Manitoba Hydro-Electric Board; (b) Winnipeg Hydro as the holder of a licence under The Water Power Act; or (c) any other Person as the holder of a licence under The Water Power Act;
