Manner of Use. LMG shall not use the Marks and Names in any manner or format which differs from the electronic versions provided by Transamerica to LMG. If LMG deems a change in format for its limited use is necessary, a request for such change must be submitted in writing to Transamerica for its approval. Said request must include the version as originally supplied and the requested change, as well as the reason such a change is requested. Transamerica's approval of a request change shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Manner of Use means the manner of use of the Material as set out in Item 3 of the Schedule; the Material means the National Collection material set out in Item 1 of the Schedule including any reproductions of such material; National Collection means the national collection of memorial items held by the Memorial relating to Australia's military history; Order means the order placed by the User for supply of the Material by the Memorial; Permitted Purpose means the permitted purpose stated in Item 2 of the Schedule; Term has the meaning provided in Item 4 of the Schedule; Territory has the meaning provided in Item 5 of the Schedule; User Fees has the meaning provided in Item 6 of the Schedule.
Manner of Use. LESSEE shall not cause or permit the Premises or property to be used in any way which constitutes a violation of any law, ordinance, or governmental regulation or order, or which annoys or interferes with the rights of other lessees of the building or property in which the Premises are located or adjacent thereto, or to otherwise commit a nuisance or waste on or about the Premises.

  • Terms of Use means any privacy policy, terms of use or other terms and conditions made applicable by BNYM in connection with the Company’s or a Permitted User’s access to and use of a Component System or a BNYM Web Application or other access site or access method.

  • Restriction of Use means, in respect of any day, any difference from the normal capability of all or any part of the Routes (where the normal capability of the Routes is expressed in the Applicable Timetable Planning Rules relevant to that day notified to each Timetable Participant on or before D-26) which results in:

  • Promotion of Access to Information Act ’ means the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (Act No. 2 of 2000);

  • Public use means a publicly owned project or a privately owned project that is available for use by the public.

  • Accessory use means a use which is incidental and subordinate to the principal use of the parcel of land on which it is located.

  • Kyoto Protocol means the protocol to the UNFCCC adopted at the Third Conference of the Parties to the UNFCCC in Kyoto, Japan on 11 December 1997 as may be amended;

  • right of use means any right we have to use, in our own name and on our own account or the account of another counterparty, financial instruments received by us by way of collateral under a security collateral arrangement between you and us;

  • Change of use means a use of the park for a purpose other than the rental, or the holding out for rent, of two or more mobilehome sites to accommodate mobilehomes used for human habitation, and does not mean the adoption, amendment, or repeal of a park rule or regulation. A change of use may affect an entire park or any portion thereof. “Change of use” includes, but is not limited to, a change of the park or any portion thereof to a condominium, stock cooperative, planned unit development, or any form of ownership wherein spaces within the park are to be sold.

  • Initial application means the Application first provided to MFA on or before an Application Deadline to request an allocation of Tax Credits.

  • Gaming Law means the provisions of any gaming laws or regulations of any state or jurisdiction to which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries is, or may at any time after the date of this Indenture, be subject.

  • TBS Access Code means any code or number as may be prescribed by the Bank to enable the Account Holder to operate any Telephone Banking Service and includes but is not limited to such access codes known as the Customer Identification Number (“CIN”) and/or the Telephone Personal Identification Number (“T-PIN”) (as the case may be).

  • ERCOT Protocols means the document adopted by ERCOT, including any attachments or exhibits referenced in that document, as amended from time to time, that contains the scheduling, operating, planning, reliability, and Settlement (including Customer registration) policies, rules, guidelines, procedures, standards, and criteria of ERCOT. For the purposes of determining responsibilities and rights at a given time, the ERCOT Protocols, as amended in accordance with the change procedure(s) described in the ERCOT Protocols, in effect at the time of the performance or non-performance of an action, shall govern with respect to that action.

  • maximum content of non-originating materials means the maximum content of non-originating materials which is permitted in order to consider a manufacture to be working or processing sufficient to confer originating status on the product. It may be expressed as a percentage of the ex-works price of the product or as a percentage of the net weight of these materials used falling under a specified group of chapters, chapter, heading or subheading;

  • Access Code means the Railways (Access) Code 2000;

  • re-use means any operation by which products or components that are not waste are used again for the same purpose for which they were conceived;

  • Applicable Data Protection Law means all data privacy or data protection laws or regulations globally that apply to the Processing of Personal Information under this Data Processing Agreement, which may include Applicable European Data Protection Law.

  • Shelf Procedures means the rules and procedures established pursuant to NI 44-102;

  • FFDCA means the United States Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, 21 U.S.C. § 301 et seq., as amended from time to time, together with any rules, regulations and requirements promulgated thereunder (including all additions, supplements, extensions, and modifications thereto).
