Mapping Information definition

Mapping Information means accurate underground infrastructure information, necessary to allow Ontario One Call to carry out its obligations under the Act, the Regulation, and the Rules, regardless of whether the infrastructure is currently in use.
Mapping Information means accurately mapped underground infrastructure for use by Ontario One Call’s notification system, necessary to allow Ontario One Call to carry out its obligations under the Act, the Regulation, and these Rules, regardless of whether the infrastructure is currently in use, not in use, or has been abandoned.

  • Accounting Information means (a) the annual audited consolidated financial statements of the Group and (b) the quarterly unaudited consolidated financial statements of the Group, each as provided or (as the context may require) to be provided to the Bank in accordance with clause 5.1.4;
