Margin Limit definition

Margin Limit means, for each Contracting Party, an amount determined by Exchange which shall not exceed the value of the Collateral granted by such Contracting Party and available to Exchange, as calculated hereunder;
Margin Limit means such maximum aggregate principal amount of the Credit Facilities determined by you in your sole discretion and notified to me/us from time to time.
Margin Limit is the maximum amount of the Margin Facility that uSMART SG will grant to the Client as uSMART SG may consider appropriate, and such amount may be amended by uSMART SG at uSMART SG’s sole and absolute discretion.

  • I/We shall be granted the Credit Facilities by you up to the Margin Limit.

Margin Limit means, with respect to your Account and at any time, your Use of Leverage has exceeded 100% or any other threshold (both lower or higher than 100%) as otherwise as determined by Vantage in its sole discretion;

  • Margin Level means the percentage Equity to Necessary Margin ratio. It is calculated as (Equity / Necessary Margin) * 100%.
