Margin Periods definition

Margin Periods means any or all of them;

  • ALO shall not assign or transfer to any Person any ANDA for the Products during the period of time from the date hereof until the end of the Margin Periods, without the prior written consent of Teva (other than to an ALO Affiliate, provided such transfer is not reasonably anticipated to have an adverse impact on any of Teva or its Affiliates rights under this Agreement or the Supply Agreement).

  • Step-In Period means the period from the Step-In Date up to and including the Step-Out Date.

  • Lock-in Period means the period of five consecutive years from the date of commencement of the policy, during which period the proceeds of the discontinued policies cannot be paid by the insurer to the policyholder or to the insured, as the case may be, except in the case of death or upon the happening of any other contingency covered under the policy.

  • Yield Period With respect to any Asset Tranche funded by a Liquidity Funding,

  • Pricing Period means the five (5) consecutive Trading Days after the Advance Notice Date.

  • First Reset Period means the period from (and including) the First Reset Date until (but excluding) the Second Reset Date or, if no such Second Reset Date is specified in the applicable Final Terms, the Maturity Date;

  • Tranche Period means, with respect to any Purchaser Interest held by a Financial Institution:

  • Reset Period means each period from and including the First Reset Date to but excluding the next following Reset Date and thereafter from and including each Reset Date to but excluding the next following Reset Date;

  • Loan Period means, with respect to each LIBOR Rate Loan, the period commencing on the Funding Date for such LIBOR Rate Loan and ending on the numerically corresponding day one (1) month, two (2) months, three (3) months or six (6) months thereafter, as specified by the Borrower in the Notice of Borrowing submitted under Section 2.04; provided, however, that:

  • Interest Period End Date means the date or dates specified as such in, or determined in accordance with the provisions of, the Final Terms and, if an Applicable Business Day Convention is specified in the Final Terms, as the same may be adjusted in accordance with the Applicable Business Day Convention or, if the Applicable Business Day Convention is the FRN Convention and an interval of a number of calendar months is specified in the Final Terms as the Interest Accrual Period, such dates as may occur in accordance with the FRN Convention at such specified period of calendar months following the Interest Commencement Date (in the case of the first Interest Period End Date) or the previous Interest Period End Date (in any other case) or, if none of the foregoing is specified in the Final Terms, means the date or each of the dates which correspond with the Interest Payment Date(s) in respect of the Instruments.

  • Drawdown Period means the period commencing on the Execution Date and ending on the earlier of (i) 30 April 2012 and (ii) any date on which the Commitment is finally cancelled or fully drawn under the terms of this Agreement;

  • Three-Year Period means, with respect to a Restatement, the three completed fiscal years immediately preceding the date that the Board, a committee of the Board, or the officer or officers of the Company authorized to take such action if Board action is not required, concludes, or reasonably should have concluded, that the Company is required to prepare such Restatement, or, if earlier, the date on which a court, regulator or other legally authorized body directs the Company to prepare such Restatement. The “Three-Year Period” also includes any transition period (that results from a change in the Company’s fiscal year) within or immediately following the three completed fiscal years identified in the preceding sentence. However, a transition period between the last day of the Company’s previous fiscal year end and the first day of its new fiscal year that comprises a period of nine to 12 months shall be deemed a completed fiscal year.

  • Reset Dates The first day of each Calculation Period.

  • Pricing Rate Period means, with respect to any Transaction and any Remittance Date (a) in the case of the first Pricing Rate Period, the period commencing on and including the Purchase Date for such Transaction and ending on and excluding the following Remittance Date, and (b) in the case of any subsequent Pricing Rate Period, the period commencing on and including the immediately preceding Remittance Date and ending on and excluding such Remittance Date; provided, however, that in no event shall any Pricing Rate Period for a Purchased Asset end subsequent to the Repurchase Date for such Purchased Asset.

  • Wind-Down Period is defined in Section 12.5 of this Agreement.

  • Interest Reset Period The period beginning on the applicable Reset Date and ending on the calendar day preceding the next Reset Date.

  • Interest Period Date means each Interest Payment Date unless otherwise specified hereon.

  • Impacted Interest Period has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “LIBO Rate”.

  • Resolution Extension Period As defined in Section 2.03(b).

  • Threshold Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(d).

  • Fixed Interest Period means the period from (and including) an Interest Payment Date (or the Interest Commencement Date) to (but excluding) the next (or first) Interest Payment Date; and

  • Subsequent Reset Period means the period from (and including) the Second Reset Date to (but excluding) the next Subsequent Reset Date, and each successive period from (and including) a Subsequent Reset Date to (but excluding) the next succeeding Subsequent Reset Date; and

  • Twelve-Month Period means a twelve-month period ending on the first anniversary of the Effective Date or on each subsequent anniversary thereof.

  • Eurodollar Period means, as to each Eurodollar Rate Loan, the period commencing on the date specified by Borrower pursuant to Section 2.1(b) and ending 1, 2, 3 or 6 months (or, with the written consent of all of the Lenders, any other period) thereafter, as specified by Borrower in the applicable Request for Loan; provided that:

  • Contract Year means each period of twelve (12) consecutive months during the Initial Term of this Agreement, with the first Contract Year commencing on the Effective Date, and with each subsequent Contract Year commencing on the anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • Reset Interest Period means each period from (and including) the First Call Date or any Reset Date and ending on (but excluding) the next Reset Date;
