Margin Review Date definition

Margin Review Date means each date on which the Margin is determined in accordance with Clause 5.16 with the first such date to fall on the Drawdown Date for the first Advance to be drawn pursuant to this Agreement and each subsequent date to fall at 6-monthly intervals thereafter;
Margin Review Date means 30 September 2011;
Margin Review Date shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.7(a)(i)(y).

  • If the Agent and the Borrower shall agree a revised Margin, such Margin shall apply as from the Margin Review Date in substitution of the initial Margin.

  • The Commitment Commission will accrue from day to day on the basis of a 360 day year and the actual number of days elapsed and shall be paid quarterly in arrears on each Margin Review Date from the Execution Date until the Termination Date based upon the Margin in effect from time to time.

  • The Margin shall be reduced on the Margin Review Date from 3.40 per cent.

  • For the purposes of this Clause 12.2.20 the amount of Consolidated Debt utilised in the calculation of the D/EBITDA ratio shall include the application of the proceeds of Subordinated Debt where such Subordinated Debt was incurred during the period between the previous Margin Review Date and the date for payment of Subordinated Interest.

  • Operating Margin Customer means a Control Area purchasing Operating Margin pursuant to an agreement between such other Control Area and the LLC.

  • S&P Recovery Rate With respect to a Collateral Obligation, the recovery rate set forth in Section 1 of Schedule 4 using the Initial Rating of the most senior Class of Secured Notes Outstanding at the time of determination.

  • Extension Determination Date means, in respect of a Series of Covered Bonds, the date falling two Business Days after the expiry of seven days from (and including) the Final Maturity Date of such Covered Bonds.

  • Auction Rate means the rate of interest per annum that results from implementation of the Auction Procedures and is determined as described in Section 2.02(a)(iii)(B) of this Appendix A.

  • Calculation Period means the period from and including the seventh scheduled Index Business Day prior to the Stated Maturity to and including the second scheduled Index Business Day prior to the Stated Maturity.
