Maritime shipment definition

Maritime shipment means shipment by means of a tanker or tank barge (“inland water vessel”), prescribed in Article 2.10 and Article 2.11 of the Regulations for the Carriage and Storage of Dangerous Goods in Ship (Ordinance of the Ministry of Transport No 30 of 1957).
