STORAGE OF DANGEROUS GOODS. No goods or equipment of an explosive, dangerous, inflammable or noxious nature or character shall be stored by the Tenant in or upon the Premises or any building on the Premises except with the prior written consent of the City. It shall be a condition of any such consent that the Tenant, at its sole cost, obtain the necessary insurance for the storage of such goods, which must include the City as an additional insured.

STORAGE OF DANGEROUS GOODS. The Tenant must not store chemicals, inflammable liquids or dangerous substances upon or about the Premises except for such chemicals, liquids or dangerous substances that would reasonably be required to be stored on the Premises for cleaning.
STORAGE OF DANGEROUS GOODS. ITEMS NOT ALLOWED on the Space include dangerous chemicals, explosives, gasoline or other flammable liquids, gasoline left in containers other than the gas tank of the Unit, oil or wet piled rags, perishable or packaged foods not in sealed cans, illegal or stolen goods, or weapons of any kind, or any other items which constitute a potential hazard or inconvenience to other Customers.

  • Dangerous Goods You warrant that the Goods do not include any firearms or goods which are or may become of a dangerous, corrosive, highly combustible, explosive, damaging or noxious nature nor likely to encourage any vermin or pest unless You have disclosed to Us in writing the presence and nature of any such items prior to them being made available to Us for loading or storage. We may refuse to remove or store such items. If We discover any article or substance of this nature after the Goods have been received by Us, We may take any reasonable action, including destruction or disposal, as We may think fit without incurring any liability to You.

  • Dangerous Materials Tenant shall not keep or have on the Premises any article or thing of a dangerous, flammable, or explosive character that might substantially increase the danger of fire on the Premises, or that might be considered hazardous by a responsible insurance company, unless the prior written consent of Landlord is obtained and proof of adequate insurance protection is provided by Tenant to Landlord.
