Market Annex definition

Market Annex means any annex to these General Terms applicable to the Services to be provided in each relevant market by CLSA and/or its Affiliates;
Market Annex means the Annex to these Terms of Business applicable to the Services to be provided or currently provided, as the case may be, in each Market or through a specified CLSA entity.
Market Annex means each of the market annexes relating to a Market set out in Schedule 1 hereto, as amended and/or updated from time to time, and any additional market annex relating to a Market which may be included from time to time.

Examples of Market Annex in a sentence

  • Licensee shall not sell any fresh or artificial flowers, plants or similar merchandise without the prior written consent of the Farmers Market Annex.

  • BMTF may impose limits on the operation of each BMTF Market as set out in each BMTF Market Annex and/or by notice to Participants.

  • BTF shall determine the Instruments eligible for trading on each BMTF Market and shall set out the Instrument eligibility criteria in the relevant BMTF Market Annex.

  • Subject to Clause 4.1, if there is any conflict between any provision of a Services Annex and any provision of a Market Annex, the latter will prevail.

  • In respect of any Service provided in a particular Market, the additional terms and conditions set out in the relevant Market Annex shall apply to the provision of such Service.

  • The terms and conditions set out in this Annex shall amend and be supplemental to the Securities Dealing Services: Hong Kong Market Annex provided by us to you in addition to, and supplemental to, the terms and conditions set out in the Terms of Business and in any applicable Market Annex(es).

  • Methods of Execution on BMTF Markets Methods of execution for each BMTF Market are set forth in the appropriate BMTF Market Annex.

  • Subject to Clause 4.1, if there is any conflict between these Terms of Business and any provision of a Services Annex or Market Annex, the latter will prevail.

  • BTFE may impose limits on the operation of each BTFE Market as set out in each BTFE Market Annex and/or by notice to Participants.

  • This Securities Dealing Services: Hong Kong Market Annex is referred to herein as “this Annex”.

Related to Market Annex

  • Annex means an annex to this Agreement.

  • Credit Support Annex means the Credit Support Annex annexed to this Agreement.

  • ISDA means the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc.

  • EU Model Clauses means the (Standard Contractual Clauses (processors)) or any subsequent version thereof published by the European Commission (which will automatically apply). The Standard Contractual Clauses current as of the effective date of the Agreement are attached hereto as Appendix 4.

  • 2021 ISDA Definitions means, in relation to a Series of Notes, the latest version of the 2021 ISDA Interest Rate Derivatives Definitions (including each Matrix (and any successor Matrix thereto), as defined in such 2021 ISDA Interest Rate Derivatives Definitions) as at the date of issue of the first Tranche of Notes of such Series, as published by ISDA on its website (www.isda.org);

  • Pricing Grid the pricing grid attached hereto as Annex A.

  • Pricing Schedule means the Schedule attached hereto identified as such.

  • Pricing Disclosure Package means any Issuer General Use Free Writing Prospectus issued at or prior to the Applicable Time, the Pricing Prospectus and the information included on Schedule 2-A hereto, all considered together.

  • market risk means the risk of loss for the individual portfolio resulting from a fluctuation in the market value of positions in the portfolio attributable to changes in market variables, such as interest rates, foreign exchange rates, equity and commodity prices, or an issuer's creditworthiness;

  • 2006 ISDA Definitions means, in relation to a Series of Notes, the 2006 ISDA Definitions (as supplemented, amended and updated as at the date of issue of the first Tranche of the Notes of such Series) as published by ISDA (copies of which may be obtained from ISDA at www.isda.org);

  • The Schedule of Quantities/ BOQ means the schedule of quantities as specified and forming part of this contract. Words importing persons include firms and corporations. Words importing the singular only, also include the plural and vice verse where the Context requires.
