Market Dwellings definition

Market Dwellings means Residential Units excluding any Affordable Housing Units
Market Dwellings means those Dwellings which comprise general market housing for sale on the open market and which are not Affordable Housing and “Market Dwelling” shall be construed accordingly;
Market Dwellings means all Dwellings to be constructed as part of the Development which are not Affordable Housing Dwellings (as defined in Schedule 2 hereof);

Examples of Market Dwellings in a sentence

  • The Owner shall not Occupy or permit the Occupation of more than 75% of the Open Market Dwellings until all of the Off-Site Affordable Housing Contribution has been paid to the District Council.

  • The Owner shall not Occupy or permit the Occupation of more than 50% of the Open Market Dwellings until 50% of the Off-Site Affordable Housing Contribution has been paid to the Council.

  • The Owner covenants that prior to first Occupation of 50% of the Market Dwellings the Affordable Housing Units shall be Transferred to the RPSH in accordance with this Agreement and on terms that accord with the Homes England funding requirements current at the date of the construction of the Affordable Housing Units.

  • new dwelling means, for the purposes of the definition of “second authority” and paragraphs 91, 98 and 103, the dwelling to which an applicant has moved, or is about to move, in which the applicant will be resident;
