Market Operator Licence definition

Market Operator Licence means the licence granted to SONI under Article 10(1)(d) of the Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992 and/or the licence granted to EirGrid under Section 14(1)(j) of the Electricity Regulation Xxx 0000 as applicable and “Market Operator Licences” shall be construed accordingly;
Market Operator Licence means the licence granted to the Market Operator Licensee pursuant to Section 14(1)(i) of the Act;
Market Operator Licence means a licence to act as the Single Electricity Market operator under the Electricity Regulation Xxx 0000 in Ireland or as the SEM operator under the Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992 in Northern Ireland.
