Catalog Pricing and Pricing Requirements
Pricing means any and all fees, rates and prices payable under this Contract, including pursuant to any Schedule or Exhibit hereto.
Marketing Materials has the meaning ascribed thereto in NI 41-101;
Pricing Information means the information relating to (i) the number of Shares issued and (ii) the offering price of the Shares included on the cover page of the Prospectus.
Detailed manufacturing or process data means technical data that describe the steps, sequences, and conditions of manufacturing, processing or assembly used by the manufacturer to produce an item or component or to perform a process.
Marketing Material means bank books, bank information memoranda, offering memoranda, offering circulars, road show presentations, prospectuses, registration statements and other information packages, similar materials and marketing materials (including, to the extent necessary, an additional bank information memorandum that does not include material non-public information), in each case, prepared in connection with the Financing and reasonably requested by Parent or the Financing Sources that is customarily delivered in connection with debt financings of the type being arranged.
Remarketing Materials means the Preliminary Prospectus, the Prospectus or any other information furnished by the Company to the Remarketing Agent for distribution to investors in connection with the Remarketing.
ABS Informational and Computational Material means any written communication as defined in Item 1101(a) of Regulation AB under the 1933 Act and the 1934 Act, as may be amended from time to time.
Automated data acquisition and handling system or "DAHS" means that component of the continuous emission monitoring system, or other emissions monitoring system approved for use under section 11 of this rule, designed to interpret and convert individual output signals from pollutant concentration monitors, flow monitors, diluent gas monitors, and other component parts of the monitoring system to produce a continuous record of the measured parameters in the measurement units required by section 11 of this rule.
System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.

Compliance schedule means a schedule of events, by date, which will result in compliance with these regulations.
Level III Pricing applies on any day on which (i) the Borrower’s long-term debt is rated A- or higher by S&P or A3 or higher by Moody’s and (ii) neither Level I Pricing nor Level II Pricing applies.
Level V Pricing applies on any day if no other Pricing Level applies on such day.
Data Tape Information The information provided by the Originators as of the Cut-off Date to the Depositor or the Purchaser setting forth the following information with respect to each Mortgage Loan: (1) the Mortgagor's name; (2) as to each Mortgage Loan, the Scheduled Principal Balance as of the Cut-off Date; (3) the Mortgage Rate Cap; (4) the Index; (5) a code indicating whether the Mortgaged Property is owner occupied; (6) the type of Mortgaged Property; (7) the first date on which the Scheduled Payment was due on the Mortgage Loan and, if such date is not consistent with the Due Date currently in effect, such Due Date; (8) the "paid through date" based on payments received from the related Mortgagor;
