Sales Training Materials definition

Sales Training Materials means those sales training modules which were used exclusively to train sales personnel to sell only the Product.
Sales Training Materials is defined in Section 3.6.2(c).
Sales Training Materials means the Initial Sales Training Materials and any updates or supplements thereto provided by AstraZeneca or its Affiliates to Cubist pursuant to Section 4.1(e). *Confidential Treatment Requested. Omitted portions filed separately with the Commission.

Examples of Sales Training Materials in a sentence

  • Except as provided in Section 5.3.1, the Parties shall not use any materials in training the Sales Forces with respect to Promoting the Product other than the Sales Training Materials approved by the Joint Clearance Committee.

Related to Sales Training Materials

  • Training Materials means any and all materials, documentation, notebooks, forms, diagrams, manuals and other written materials and tangible objects, describing how to maintain the Facilities, including any corrections, improvements and enhancements thereto to the Bloom Systems which are delivered by Operator to Owner, but excluding any data and reports delivered to Owner.

  • Manufacturing Materials means parts, tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, plans, drawings, and information produced or acquired, or rights acquired, specifically to fulfill obligations set forth herein.

  • Marketing Materials has the meaning ascribed thereto in NI 41-101;

  • Packaging Materials means art and mechanical formats for a Software Title including the retail packaging, end user instruction manual with end user license agreement and warranties, end user warnings, FPU media label, and any promotional inserts and other materials that are to be included in the retail packaging.

  • SAP Training Catalogue means the catalogue published by SAP containing details of SAP training courses and services.

  • New jobs training program or “program” means the project or projects established by a community college for the creation of jobs by providing education and training of workers for new jobs for new or expanding industry in the merged area served by the community college. The proceeds of the certificates, as authorized by the Act, shall be used only to fund program services related to training programs made necessary by the creation of new jobs.

  • Advertising Materials means all advertising, merchandising, promotional and display materials of or concerning the Licensed Products.

  • Promotional Materials means all sales representative training materials and all written, printed, graphic, electronic, audio or video matter, including, without limitation, journal advertisements, sales visual aids, formulary binders, reprints, direct mail, direct-to-consumer advertising, internet postings and sites and broadcast advertisements intended for use or used by either Party or its Affiliates or sublicensees in connection with any promotion of a Product.

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.

  • Training program means an NCA-approved Iowa college, the Iowa law enforcement academy or an Iowa hospital approved by the department to conduct emergency medical care training.

  • Training means instruction or teaching designed to impart a specific skill, as opposed to general knowledge.

  • Standard Materials means all Materials not specified as Custom Materials.

  • Training Package means a set of qualifications and units of competency developed to meet the training needs of an industry, or a group of industries, and endorsed at the national level. Training Plan means the plan for the training and assessment to be delivered to an individual created by the Training Provider pursuant to Clause 7 of Schedule 1. Training Provider Group means the Training Provider and any other registered training organisation that is a Related Training Provider, other than by reason of paragraph (b) of that term.

  • Travel training means providing instruction, as appropriate, to children with significant cognitive disabilities, and any other children with disabilities who require this instruction, to enable them to:

  • SAP Materials means any materials (including statistical reports) provided, developed or made available by SAP (independently or with Customer’s cooperation) in the course of performance under the Agreement, including in the delivery of any support or Professional Services to Customer. SAP Materials do not include the Customer Data, Customer Confidential Information or the Cloud Service. SAP Materials may also be referred to in the Agreement as “Cloud Materials”.

  • Instructional materials means relevant instructional

  • Cloud Materials means any materials provided or developed by SAP (independently or with Provider’s cooperation) in the course of performance under the Agreement, including in the delivery of any support or Consulting Services to Provider or its Customers. Cloud Materials do not include any Customer Data, Provider Confidential Information, or the SAP Cloud Service.

  • Marketing Material means bank books, bank information memoranda, offering memoranda, offering circulars, road show presentations, prospectuses, registration statements and other information packages, similar materials and marketing materials (including, to the extent necessary, an additional bank information memorandum that does not include material non-public information), in each case, prepared in connection with the Financing and reasonably requested by Parent or the Financing Sources that is customarily delivered in connection with debt financings of the type being arranged.

  • Training and Workshops means reasonable expenditures incurred in connection with the provision of training and workshops under the Project, including study tours, travel expenditures, site rentals, materials, and per diem of trainers and trainees.

  • Online Training means prerecorded training delivered virtually e.g. SAP e-learning.

  • Promotional Material means all material used in the promotion of, or otherwise in connection with, the Business (whether written or recorded in any other medium) and includes artwork, advertising materials (irrespective of the medium in which they are recorded), display materials, packaging materials, brochures, posters and internal and external signage.

  • Peer-reviewed medical literature means a scientific study published only after having been critically

  • Offering Materials means a Fund’s currently effective prospectus and most recently filed registration statement with the SEC relating to shares of the Fund.

  • Training Plan means the plan that outlines what training and assessment will be conducted off-the-job and what will be conducted on-the-job and how the Registered Training Organisation will assist in ensuring the integrity of both aspects of the training and assessment process.
