Marketing and Sales Plan definition

Marketing and Sales Plan means, with respect to each Co-Developed Product, the written plan for the Commercialization of such Co-Developed Product in the Co-Development Territory prepared in accordance with Section 4.2.1, which shall include, without limitation, (a) a regulatory and Commercialization strategy with proposed timelines and sales forecasts, that are, in each case, applicable to such Co-Developed Product and (b) the written plan for the manufacture of such Co-Developed Product in the Co-Development Territory, including, without limitation, expected manufacturing scale-up, formulating, and filing activities to be conducted for such Co-Developed Product as well as a budget and proposed timelines for such activities, as such plan may be amended or updated from time to time.
Marketing and Sales Plan means the Agent’s marketing and sales plan which ATOC may from time to time reasonably require as approved by ATOC (and amended from time to time in accordance with this Agreement) which sets out how the Agent will sell Rail Products and provide Train Service Information during the term of this Agreement including but not limited to details of projected sales, marketing and promotion plans.
Marketing and Sales Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.3 of this Agreement.

Examples of Marketing and Sales Plan in a sentence

  • Thereafter, for each Calendar Year during the Term, the Marketing and Sales Plan for each Candidate or Product, as the case may be, shall be updated by Xxxxxx and submitted to the JSC for its approval in accordance with Section 2.1.4(a) or (b), as applicable.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, Xxxxxx shall seek Regulatory Approvals for, and Commercialize, each Product in all of the Major Market Countries and in every other country in the Territory identified in the Marketing and Sales Plan.

  • Each update to the Marketing and Sales Plan shall set forth: (a) the Commercialization objectives and activities to be performed for the Calendar Year covered by the Marketing and Sales Plan with reasonable specificity; (b) the manufacturing scale-up, formulating and filing requirements for each Candidate or Product, as the case may be, to be performed for the Calendar Year with reasonable specificity: and (c) a timeline for such activities.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, in performing their respective Detailing obligations hereunder, each of the Parties agrees to (a) use Representatives with an experience profile appropriate for the target audience and Detailing role as described in the Marketing and Sales Plan; (b) provide its own sales management organization and infrastructure for its Representatives and (c) Detail the Co-Promoted Product in the first or second position.

  • The assistance of extension experts is needed to help small-scale farmers adjust their operations and behave responsibility in their cooperation.

  • Each Co-Promotion Marketing and Sales Plan and Co-Promotion Commercialization Budget shall be submitted to the JDCC for review and approval by a date to be established by the JDCC, taking into account Xxxxxx’x and Enanta’s annual budget planning calendars, but no later than December 31 of each year.

  • Enanta and Xxxxxx hereby agree that each such Party shall be responsible for ensuring that its Representatives Detail each Co-Promoted Product in a manner consistent with the Marketing and Sales Plan and/or the decisions of the JDCC.

  • Each Co-Promotion Commercialization Budget shall include a budget of the expenses expected to be incurred in connection with performing the corresponding Co-Promotion Marketing and Sales Plan.

Related to Marketing and Sales Plan

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means activities directed to marketing, promoting, research and development as required, manufacturing for sale, offering for sale, distributing, importing or selling a product, including sub-licensing or sub-contracting of these activities.

  • Marketing Agreement means an agreement entered into, with the director, by producers, distributors, processors, or handlers pursuant to this act and binding only on those signing the agreement.

  • Alliance means the Public Service Alliance of Canada;

  • Commercial Development means any development on private land that is not heavy industrial or residential. The category includes, but is not limited to: hospitals, laboratories and other medical facilities, educational institutions, recreational facilities, plant nurseries, car wash facilities, mini-malls and other business complexes, shopping malls, hotels, office buildings, public warehouses and other light industrial complexes.

  • Research and development means (1) theoretical analysis, exploration, or experimentation; or (2) the extension of investigative findings and theories of a scientific or technical nature into practical application for experimental and demonstration purposes, including the experimental production and testing of models, devices, equipment, materials, and processes. Research and development does not include the internal or external administration of radiation or radioactive material to human beings.

  • Marketing means a direct or indirect offering or placement at the initiative of the AIFM or on behalf of the AIFM of units or shares of an AIF it manages to or with investors domiciled or with a registered office in the Union;
