Marketing Contacts definition

Marketing Contacts means Contacts that are able to receive marketing emails and be targeted with ads, and are designated as Marketing Contacts in your HubSpot account.

  • We allow you to designate Marketing Contacts as Non-Marketing’ Contacts at any time, but changes in designations to Non-Marketing will not take effect until the first day of the next month or on your subscription renewal date, whichever comes first.

  • If you’re switching from one of our Marketing Hub Products with legacy contacts pricing to one of our Marketing Contacts Products, all Contacts will be designated Marketing Contacts by default.

  • You may manage your Marketing Contacts to avoid an increase in your Subscription Fee as set out in the ‘Managing Your Marketing Contacts’ section below.

  • You can change your Contacts from Non-Marketing to Marketing Contacts at any time.

  • In this case, the Subscription Fee will increase up to the tier price which corresponds with the number of Marketing Contacts and your invoice will increase by the corresponding prorated amount for the remainder of Subscription Term.

  • The Marketing Contacts pricing model will be available to all new Marketing Hub customers on October 21, 2020.

  • Existing Marketing Hub customers with legacy contacts pricing will have the option on renewal to either (i) renew their existing Marketing Hub subscription or (ii) switch to the new Marketing Contacts pricing model when it is made available.

  • If you purchase any of our Marketing Contacts Products, the Marketing Hub terms in Section 2.1 below will apply to your subscription.

  • For Marketing Hub Professional - Marketing Contacts and for Marketing Hub Enterprise - Marketing Contacts, if you make a written request within thirty (30) days after termination or expiration of your subscription, we will provide you with temporary access to the Subscription Service to retrieve, or we will provide you with copies of, all Customer Data then in our possession or control.

  • Please refer to the Product and Service Catalog and your Order for details of any additional limits that apply to your Marketing Contacts Product subscription.

  • Indirect contact means the contact of persons with exposed conductive parts.

  • Competing Services means to provide, manage, supervise, or consult about (whether as an employee, owner, partner, stockholder, investor, joint venturer, lender, director, manager, officer, employee, consultant, independent contractor, representative or agent, or otherwise) any services that are similar in purpose or function to services you provided to the Company in the two year period preceding the termination of your employment, that might involve the use or disclosure of Confidential Information, or that would involve business opportunities related to Relevant Products.

  • Direct contact means the contact of persons with high voltage live parts.

  • Marketing means a direct or indirect offering or placement at the initiative of the AIFM or on behalf of the AIFM of units or shares of an AIF it manages to or with investors domiciled or with a registered office in the Union;

  • Clients means the Janus Funds and other individual and institutional advisory clients of Janus.

  • Contact means a communication, direct or indirect, between an athlete agent and a student athlete, to recruit or solicit the student athlete to enter into an agency contract.

  • Hosted Services means any cloud-based services, hosted service (including hosted services relating to the Licensed Software), software as a service, or other Internet or network-based services provided under the Agreement.

  • Marketing Period means the first period of twenty (20) consecutive calendar days after the date hereof (i) throughout and at the end of which Purchaser shall have (and the Debt Financing Sources shall have access to) the Required Information and such Required Information is Compliant and (ii) throughout and at the end of which the conditions set forth in Sections 8.1 and 8.2 (other than those conditions that by their nature were to have been satisfied by actions taken at the Closing, which conditions were, at the time of any termination of this Agreement, capable of being satisfied if the Closing had occurred at such times) shall be satisfied and nothing has occurred and no condition exists that would cause any of the conditions set forth in Sections 8.1 and 8.2 to fail to be satisfied, at or prior to the end of such period, provided that (x) such period shall exclude the days from November 21, 2012 through and including November 23, 2012 and (y) if such twenty (20) consecutive calendar day period has not ended prior to December 19, 2012, then it shall not commence until January 2, 2013. Notwithstanding anything in this definition to the contrary, (x) the Marketing Period shall end on any earlier date prior to the expiration of the twenty (20) consecutive calendar day period described above if the Debt Financing is consummated on such earlier date; and (y) the Marketing Period shall not commence or be deemed to have commenced if, after the date hereof and prior to the completion of such twenty (20) consecutive calendar day period: (A) Sellers or any of their Subsidiaries have publicly announced its intention to, or determines that it or they must, restate any historical financial statements or other financial information included in the Required Information or any such restatement is under consideration or may be a possibility, in which case, the Marketing Period shall not commence unless and until such restatement has been completed and the applicable Required Information has been amended and updated (or such consideration has ended with no restatement being required), (B) the applicable independent accountants of the Education Group shall have withdrawn any audit opinion with respect to any financial statements contained in the Required Information, in which case the Marketing Period shall not be deemed to commence unless and until, at the earliest, a new unqualified audit opinion is issued with respect to such financial statements of the Education Group for the applicable periods by the applicable independent accountants or another independent public accounting firm reasonably acceptable to Purchaser, (C) any Required Information would not be Compliant at any time during such twenty (20) consecutive calendar day period (it being understood that if any Required Information provided at the commencement of the Marketing Period ceases to be Compliant during such twenty (20) consecutive calendar day period, then the Marketing Period shall be deemed not to have occurred) or otherwise does not include the “Required Information” as defined, or (D) Sellers or any of their Subsidiaries shall have failed to file any report or other document required to be filed with the SEC by the date required under the Exchange Act or the Securities Act, as applicable, in which case the Marketing Period will not be deemed to commence unless and until all such reports have been filed.

  • Interscholastic Activities means athletic or non-athletic/academic activities where students compete on a school vs. school basis.

  • Regulatory Information Service means a service approved by the London Stock Exchange for the distribution to the public of announcements; and

  • Planned unit development means a subdivision characterized by a unified site design, clustered residential units and/or commercial units, and areas of common open space.
