Marketing Entity definition

Marketing Entity means BHP Billiton Marketing AG or any other entity which is a related body corporate of the Company within the meaning of the Corporations Act 2001 (Commonwealth);
Marketing Entity has the meaning set forth in the Partnership Agreement.
