Marketing Service means the promotion and media service directed by Landlord, the purpose of which shall be to promote the Center in a manner deemed appropriate in Landlord’s reasonable judgment and may include, without limitation, marketing sales promotions, specified events, community relations, and advertising and promotions through television, radio, print, electronic and other media.
