Marketplace Listing definition

Marketplace Listing means the packaged plan and associated features, as detailed on the applicable page on the AWS Marketplace, for the hosted Datadog services to which Customer subscribes through a Marketplace Order.
Marketplace Listing means an offer by Cutover, as set forth in the detail page of the relevant Marketplace, to provide access to the Subscription Service and, as applicable other Cutover Services, including the applicable Limits and Charges.
Marketplace Listing means an offer by PCI Pal or a Reseller, as set forth in the detail page on the Marketplace or an order form with a Reseller, to license Software for a specific use capacity and provide Services subject to this Agreement, including PCI Pal’s policies and procedures referenced or incorporated in the detail page;
