Marketplace Listing definition

Marketplace Listing means the packaged plan and associated features, as detailed on the applicable page on the Azure Marketplace, for the hosted Datadog services to which Customer subscribes through a Marketplace Order.
Marketplace Listing means an offer by Cutover, as set forth in the detail page of the relevant Marketplace, to provide access to the Subscription Service and, as applicable other Cutover Services, including the applicable Limits and Charges. Overage has the meaning given in Clause 2.3(a).

  • Software may be targeted for specific geographic regions, and Support Services may vary by geography as set forth in the applicable AWS Marketplace Listing.

  • Buyer will subscribe to a Subscription as set forth in the AWS Marketplace Listing in accordance with this Agreement.

  • In the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions of the various components of this Agreement, the following order of precedence will apply: (a) any amendment agreed upon by the Parties; (b) the NDA (if any); (c) this Agreement; and (d) the AWS Marketplace Listing.

  • This Agreement for AWS Marketplace (the “Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions applicable to the licensing of Software from the licensor (“MidVision” or “Licensor”) by the Party subscribing to the Software (“Buyer” or “Licensee”) through the AWS Marketplace, deployed via AMI via an AWS Marketplace Listing.

  • The offer of the Software as an AWS Marketplace Listing on the AWS Marketplace, and Buyer’s purchase of the corresponding Subscription on the AWS Marketplace, constitutes each Party’s respective acceptance of this Agreement and their entry into this Agreement (defined below).

  • If Xxxxx’s use of the Software subjects Buyer to the terms of any license governing the use of Open Source Software, then information concerning such Open Source Software and the applicable license must be incorporated or referenced in the AWS Marketplace Listing or Documentation.

  • online marketplace means a service using software, including a website, part of a website or an application, operated by or on behalf of a trader which allows consumers to conclude distance contracts with other traders or consumers;

  • JOBURG MARKET means Johannesburg Fresh Produce Market (SOC) Limited (trading as Joburg Market), a corporatized municipal entity incorporated in terms of the laws of the RSA under registration number 2000/023383/07 and with VAT registration number 4840195038, with its domicilium citandi et executandi situated at The Office of the CEO, 3rd Floor, Main Building, Joburg Market, 4 Fortune Road (off Heidelberg Road), City Deep, 2049, Johannesburg.

  • Blacklisting means barring a bidder, contractor, consultant or supplier from participating in any future procurement proceedings.

  • Transient space marketplace means an online marketplace

  • Nasdaq National Market means the National Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotation National Market or any successor national securities exchange or automated over-the-counter trading market in the United States.

  • Direct Marketing ’ means to approach a data subject, either in person or by mail or electronic communication, for the direct or indirect purpose of—

  • Pink OTC Markets means the OTC Markets Group Inc. electronic inter-dealer quotation system, including OTCQX, OTCQB and OTC Pink.

  • Electronic Marketplace means a web based application which facilitates electronic trade between one or more buying organisations and many suppliers; "Environmental Information Regulations" means the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 together with any guidance and/or codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner or relevant Government department in relation to such regulations;

  • Main Market means the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange plc;

  • Listing Market means the national securities exchange on which any securities of the Company are listed for trading, and if not listed for trading, by the rules of the Nasdaq Stock Market.

  • OTC Markets means either OTC QX or OTC QB of the OTC Markets Group, Inc.

  • NYSE MKT means the NYSE MKT LLC.

  • Direct Listing means the Company’s initial listing of its Common Stock (other than shares of Common Stock not eligible for resale under Rule 144 under the Securities Act) on a national securities exchange by means of an effective registration statement on Form S-1 filed by the Company with the SEC that registers shares of existing capital stock of the Company for resale, as approved by the Company’s board of directors. For the avoidance of doubt, a Direct Listing shall not be deemed to be an underwritten offering and shall not involve any underwriting services.

  • OTC Market means any over-the-counter market or over-the-telephone market in any country in any part of the world, and in relation to any particular Authorised Investment shall be deemed to include any responsible firm, corporation or association in any country in any part of the world dealing in the Authorised Investment which the Manager may from time to time elect.

  • NYSE American means the NYSE American LLC;

  • Farmers market means a marketplace which operates seasonally, principally as a common market for Iowa-produced farm products on a retail basis for consumption elsewhere.

  • Primary Listing means the single directory listing provided to Customers by Publisher under the terms of this Agreement. Each telephone configuration that allows a terminating call to xxxx for an available time among a series of lines shall be considered a single Customer entitled to a single primary listing. “Proprietary Information” is as defined in Article 20, Section 20.1.1.

  • Listing means the listing of the shares of Common Stock on a national securities exchange.
