Marketplace Listing definition

Marketplace Listing means the packaged plan and associated features, as detailed on the applicable page on the AWS Marketplace, for the hosted Datadog services to which Customer subscribes through a Marketplace Order.

Marketplace Listing means an offer by Cutover, as set forth in the detail page of the relevant Marketplace, to provide access to the Subscription Service and, as applicable other Cutover Services, including the applicable Limits and Charges.

Marketplace Listing means an offer by PCI Pal or a Reseller, as set forth in the detail page on the Marketplace or an order form with a Reseller, to license Software for a specific use capacity and provide Services subject to this Agreement, including PCI Pal’s policies and procedures referenced or incorporated in the detail page;

Examples of Marketplace Listing in a sentence

• Following purchase by Customer of a Subscription in accordance with the relevant Marketplace Listing, PCI Pal will provide and continue to provide access to the PCI Pal Offering until the completion of the Subscription.

• Pal Offering(s) is a software-as-a-service offering and integration and/or implementation may be required., in which case, Customer is required to purchase professional services in accordance with the relevant Marketplace Listing.

• Customer will subscribe to the PCI Pal Offering as set forth in the relevant Marketplace Listing and PCI Pal will provide the subscription to the Customer (“Subscription”).

• Each Subscription is subject to and governed by these Terms of Service, the applicable Marketplace Listing, the terms and conditions of the NDA (if any), the Data Privacy and Security Addendum, and any amendments to any of the foregoing as may be agreed upon by the parties, which together constitute the agreement between Customer and PCI Pal (“Agreement”).
