Master Cell Bank means a cell bank produced from the Research Cell Bank for a Collaboration Product that complies with (a) GMP requirements for cell banks used in the production of biological products for use in humans and (b) the specifications therefor as set forth in the Development Plan for such Collaboration Product, a portion of which is anticipated to be deposited with a Third Party vendor for storage and preservation and which cell bank may be used in the establishment of the Working Cell Bank for such Collaboration Product.
