Strict control shall be kept of the entry, storage, exit and control of the expiration date of supplies and materials, by means of product registration cards. The CONCESSIONAIRE shall guarantee the optimum condition of the refrigeration equipment and its continuous and correct operation, ensuring the adequate storage and conservation of the products at all times. The CONCESSIONAIRE shall be responsible for making the necessary replacements required to guarantee the adequate provision of the service. The areas and surfaces used for food storage and conservation shall be clean and tidy and shall meet the necessary health and safety conditions to ensure the health and safety of the service staff, as well as the quality and good condition of the products and supplies. Staff in charge of handling products and inputs must be appropriately dressed, in good health and comply with all sanitary requirements established by current regulations5.

Storage and preservation. The Heritage Service agrees that it will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the security of the collection, in line with other material owned by the Heritage Service. For the purposes of security, further preservation, improvements in access, or as otherwise appropriate, the Heritage Service may: � Create photographs, m icrofilms, and digital or other copies of items in the collection, the ownership of all such copies to remain with the Heritage Service unless otherwise specified, but subject in all cases to the rights of the owner or owners of the copyright; � Xxxx items in the colle ction with stamps, numbers or other appropriate marks of ownership for the purposes of identification and security; � List items in the collect ion in relevant inventories; � Repair and clean items in the Collection or subject them to such other treatments as are necessary and practicable for the purposes of preservation. If in the opinion of the Heritage Officer any of the material in the collection consists of duplicates or matter which is only of ephemeral interest, the Heritage Service will return this material to the Depositor or dispose of it in accordance with the Depositor’s reasonable instructions. LISTS AND CATALOGUES � The Heritage Service w ill list or catalogue the items in the collection in accordance with current practice, and will provide a copy of each list or record free of charge in electronic format or hard copy to the Depositor. � The Heritage Service m ay send copies of the lists or catalogues in electronic format to the National Register of Archives and, if appropriate, to other interested parties including relevant bodies and projects promoting access to Collection Level Descriptions. Storage and preservation. All data sets and files shared between models and with end-users are stored in the DSS. Back-up rules will be set as follow: • SQL-based services: automatic back-up, done every 30 min. Back-ups are kept from 7 to 35 days, according to the service level. • Files: are replicated (3 copies of each file are kept within the same data center) and backed-up in a different storage system. For the duration of VISCA project, historical data will be kept in the DSS (weather stations and climate/weather forecasts) as long as the data fits in the 500TB limit, above this limit the older datasets will be erased.
