Master Custodial Agreement definition

Master Custodial Agreement means the Master Custodial Agreement by and among the eRoom Parties, the Lender, RSi and the Custodian to be executed within 90 days of the date of this Agreement.
Master Custodial Agreement. A written Master Clearing and Custodial Agreement among the Administrative Agent, Seller and a custodian party thereto (or such other securities intermediary as shall be acceptable to Administrative Agent in its sole and absolute discretion), as custodian, in form and substance acceptable to Seller and Administrative Agent, as it may be supplemented, amended, restated or replaced from time to time.

  • Custodial Agreement An agreement that may be entered into among the Company, the Master Servicer, the Trustee and a Custodian pursuant to which the Custodian will hold certain documents relating to the Mortgage Loans on behalf of the Trustee. Custodian: A custodian appointed pursuant to a Custodial Agreement.
