Master Data File definition

Master Data File has the meaning set forth in Schedule C, Section 3.1.
Master Data File has the meaning given such term in Schedule 1, Section 3.1(a).
Master Data File has the meaning set forth in Schedule 2 (Project Evaluation).

Examples of Master Data File in a sentence

  • Seller shall provide the data to the CAISO (and to Buyer) that is required for the CAISO’s Master Data File and Resource Data Template (or successor data systems) for the Facility consistent with this Agreement.

  • At least once per Contract Year, Seller shall review and confirm that the data provided for the CAISO’s Master Data File and Resource Data Template (or successor data systems) for this Facility remains consistent with the actual operating characteristics of the Facility and update such data as appropriate.

  • These vehicles are further identified by the Materiel Category Structure Code (MAT CAT) KM1PZ as listed in the Army Master Data File (AMDF).

  • Seller shall provide the data to Buyer that is required for the CAISO’s Master Data File and Resource Data Template (or successor data systems) for the Facility consistent with this Agreement at least five (5) Business Days before the deadline for submission to CAISO and Buyer (as SC) shall promptly provide such data to CAISO.

  • At least once per Contract Year, Seller shall review and confirm that the data provided for the CAISO’s Master Data File and Resource Data Template (or successor data systems) and CPUC’s Master Resource Database for this Facility remains consistent with the actual operating characteristics of the Facility and provide such information to Buyer for review at least five (5) Business Days prior to submission to the CAISO or CPUC as applicable.

  • The quantity of each LIN in the SRC is multiplied by the LINDATA unit price, which has been escalated to current year dollars based on the effective date of the price in the Army Master Data File (AMDF), for that line item number (LIN).

  • JVS, Independent Evaluator, DUA, DHE and Quincy will ensure that any data containing personally- identifying information will at all times be kept separately from the Master Data File and will be available only to Independent Evaluator, JVS, DUA, DHE and Quincy staff that have been trained in federal and state regulations concerning the appropriate storage and transfer of confidential information of individuals.

Related to Master Data File

  • Data File means a single record or collection of data records that are logically related to each other, and are handled as a unit;

  • Data Tape The list of all mortgage loans, dated as of the date specified therein, whose Mortgage Servicing Rights will be sold, or that are anticipated to be sold, as applicable, to Seller under the Asset Purchase Agreement.

  • Data Tape Information The information provided by the Originators as of the Cut-off Date to the Depositor or the Purchaser setting forth the following information with respect to each Mortgage Loan: (1) the Mortgagor's name; (2) as to each Mortgage Loan, the Scheduled Principal Balance as of the Cut-off Date; (3) the Mortgage Rate Cap; (4) the Index; (5) a code indicating whether the Mortgaged Property is owner occupied; (6) the type of Mortgaged Property; (7) the first date on which the Scheduled Payment was due on the Mortgage Loan and, if such date is not consistent with the Due Date currently in effect, such Due Date; (8) the "paid through date" based on payments received from the related Mortgagor;

  • CREFC® Special Servicer Property File format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CMSA Loan Setup File means the report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Loan Setup File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Case file means a record that is assembled and maintained for each application approved for state cost sharing.

  • Data Log means a complete record of all Data Interchanged representing the Messages and their Associated Data between the parties;

  • Computer data means any representation of facts, information or concepts in a form suitable for processing in a computer system, including a program suitable to cause a computer system to perform a function;

  • Lease File means, for each Lease, the Collateral Lease File applicable to such Lease.

  • CMSA Property File means a report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Property File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Encounter Data Any Contractor accessing payments for services through the Global Commitment to Health Waiver and Vermont Medicaid programs must provide encounter data to the Agency of Human Services and/or its departments and ensure that it can be linked to enrollee eligibility files maintained by the State.

  • Computer database or “database” means a collection of recorded information in a form capable of, and for the purpose of, being stored in, processed, and operated on by a computer. The term does not include computer software.

  • CREFC® Loan Setup File The data file in the “CREFC® Loan Setup File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Servicer Watch List/Portfolio Review Guidelines As of each Determination Date a report, including and identifying each Performing Serviced Loan satisfying the “CREFC® Portfolio Review Guidelines” approved from time to time by the CREFC® in the “CREFC® Servicer Watch List” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form (including other portfolio review guidelines) for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Servicer File means, collectively, all documents, records and copies pertaining to a Mortgage Loan which are required to be included in the related Servicer File pursuant to Section 3 thereof.

  • Information Package means the most recent compilation of financial and other data with respect to the Failed Bank, including any amendments or supplements thereto, provided to the Assuming Institution by the Corporation on the web site used by the Corporation to market the Failed Bank to potential acquirers.

  • Data Terms Website means hxxx://xxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxx/assetservicing/vendoragreement.pdf or any successor website the address of which is provided by the Custodian to the Fund.

  • Contract File means with respect to each Contract, the physical and/or electronic files in which Credit Acceptance maintains the fully executed original counterpart or “authoritative copy” (in each case, for UCC purposes) of the Contract (to the extent required in accordance with Section 3.03 of this Agreement), either a standard assurance in the form commonly used in the industry relating to the provision of a certificate of title or other evidence of lien, the original or electronic instruments modifying the terms and conditions of such Contract and the original or electronic endorsements or assignments of such Contract.

  • CMSA Website means the CMSA's Website located at "xxx.xxxx.xxx" or such other primary website as the CMSA may establish for dissemination of its report forms.

  • Receivable File means the documents (whether tangible or electronic) specified in Section 2.02 pertaining to a particular Receivable.

  • CREFC® Special Servicer Loan File The data file in the “CREFC® Special Servicer Loan File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Electronic File means any text, illustration or other matter supplied or produced by either Party in digitised form on disc, through a modem, or by ISDN or any other communication link.

  • CMSA Special Servicer Loan File format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally and, insofar as it requires the presentation of information in addition to that called for by the form of the "CMSA Special Servicer Loan File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA website, is reasonably acceptable to the Special Servicer.

  • location data means any data processed in an electronic communications network, indicating the geographic position of the terminal equipment of a user of a publicly available electronic communications service;

  • Master File has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Collateral File With respect to each Mortgage Loan, a file containing each of the Collateral Documents.
