Master GAL definition

Master GAL means the guardian ad litem appointed by the Genesee County Circuit Court and Federal Court to supervise the Panel GALs and review Adverse Notices as set forth in Article XXI–Minors and LIIs, to supervise the Settlement Planning Administrator, and to carry out and to perform any other responsibilities assigned to the Master GAL under this Settlement Agreement or by the Federal Court or Genesee County Circuit Court.
