Master Management Association definition

Master Management Association means the North Coast Master Management Association RF NPC, Registration No. 2019/287759/08;

Master Management Association means the Sibaya Master Management Association (RF) NPC (a non-profit company to be incorporated in terms of the Companies Act of 2008);

• The Purchaser agrees that no liability shall rest upon the Seller, Developer, Master Management Association, if applicable, or the Association for any failure or any inefficiencies of any of the security facilities included in Seaton irrespective of the cause thereof, or any consequential damages the Purchaser may suffer by reason of such failure or inefficiency, other than arising from gross negligence of the Seller, Developer or the Association.

• In addition, the Master Management Association shall be entitled (but not obliged) to appoint the Association to represent it and to exercise its rights in respect of the building plan approval process and assume its other rights and duties.

• The Purchaser acknowledges that either the Master Management Association or the Association, as the case may be, will procure the provision of security services to Seaton and that on the Date of Transfer the security facilities may not yet have been installed.

• The Purchaser shall at all times abide by the Security Protocol of the Master Management Association.
