Master Purchasing Agreement definition

Master Purchasing Agreement means the agreement between the Company and Transition Leasing Management, Inc. pursuant to which Transition Leasing (i) will acquire on behalf of the Company vehicles that are to become Leased Vehicles and prepare and execute Contracts on the Company's behalf with Obligors, and (ii) will prepare and execute on behalf of the Company the necessary documents by which the Company may acquire existing Contracts from Transition Auto Finance II, Inc.
