Master Servicing Account definition

Master Servicing Account. The separate Eligible Account created and maintained by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 3.01(c) in the name of the Master Servicer for the benefit of the Trustee and the Certificateholders and designated “CitiMortgage, Inc., in trust for registered holders of HSI Asset Securitization Corporation Trust 2006-HE2 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-HE2”. Funds in the Master Servicing Account shall be held in trust for the Certificateholders for the uses and purposes set forth in this Agreement.
Master Servicing Account means that certain account of the Servicer at JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. into which Collections are deposited, or such successor account as may be maintained by the Servicer from time to time in replacement of such account.
Master Servicing Account means the Servicing Account with IBAN no.: PT50 0033 0000 45286722614 05 with the Master Servicing Account Bank.

  • Such direction may be accomplished by delivering notice to the Master Servicer which describes the amounts deposited in error in the Master Servicing Account.

  • Collateral Servicing Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.01.

  • Special Servicer Servicing Personnel The divisions and individuals of the Special Servicer who are involved in the performance of the duties of the Special Servicer under this Agreement.
