Material Change of Work Location definition

Material Change of Work Location means a change in an employee’s primary work location of more than fifty (50) miles from the employee’s primary work location as in effect immediately prior to the Closing (which for Business Employees who work remotely under any temporary work-from-home or similar policy implemented as a result of COVID-19, shall be their primary work location prior to the implementation of such policy).
Material Change of Work Location means a change in a Branch Employee’s work location from the Branch Employee’s Existing Work Location, such that: (1) the distance between such Branch Employee’s new work location and the Existing Work Location exceeds 20 miles (one way); (2) the number of miles between such Branch Employee’s home and such Branch Employee’s new work location exceeds the number of miles between such Branch Employee’s home and the Existing Work Location; and (3) the number of miles between such Branch Employee’s home and such Branch Employee’s new work location exceeds 40 miles.
Material Change of Work Location means a change in an employee’s primary work location from the employee’s Existing Work Location, such that: (a) the distance between such employee’s new primary work location and the Existing Work Location exceeds twenty (20) miles (one way); (b) the number of miles between such employee’s home and such employee’s new primary work location exceeds the number of miles between such employee’s home and the Existing Work Location; and (c) the number of miles between such employee’s home and such employee’s new primary work location exceeds forty (40) miles (one way).

If a material change occurs afler you make an investment commitment but before the ORering closes, then the Company will notify you and ask whether you want to invest anyway. If you do not affirmatively choose to invest, then your commitment will be cancelled, your funds will be returned to you, and you will not receive any securities.

  • Unilateral Change Order (ULCO means a Change Order issued by Owner without the complete agreement of Contractor, as to cost and/or time.

  • Schedule of Work means that schedule attached to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement setting forth the timing of work to be performed by the Constructing Entity pursuant to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, based upon the Facilities Study and subject to modification, as required, in accordance with Transmission Provider’s scope change process for interconnection projects set forth in the PJM Manuals. Scope of Work:

  • Client Terminal means the MetaTrader program version 4 and/or 5, which is used by the Client in order to obtain information of financial markets (which content is defined by the Company) in real-time, to make technical analysis of the markets, make Transactions, place/modify/delete Orders, as well as to receive notices from the Company.   • Service Change has the meaning set forth in Section 2(B) of the Agreement.

  • Material Change in Formula means the occurrence since the Launch Date of a material change in the formula for, or the method of, calculating the Reference Price.
