Material Group Companies means, as the context requires, all of them.

More Definitions of Material Group Companies

Material Group Companies means, jointly, the Company and the Material Subsidiaries.

Material Group Companies means Group Companies, other than the Recently Acquired Group Companies.

Material Group Companies means the Issuer, Midco, any Guarantor and any Group Company that is nominated as such by the Issuer in accordance with "Nomination of Material Group Companies" under "General Undertakings" above.
