Material Project Contractor definition

Material Project Contractor means, with respect to a Farm Project, the General Contractor engaged for such Farm Project and any contractor whose work, equipment and/or supplies provided with respect to such Farm Project exceeds $500,000 in the aggregate.
Material Project Contractor means those contractors listed in Appendix G.

Examples of Material Project Contractor in a sentence

  • The Material Project Contractor will not hold itself out as having any authority or power to bind the Authority in any way.

  • Not less than five Business Days prior to the Proposed Step-in Date, the Material Project Contractor will give notice to the Authority of any sums which are due and payable but unpaid by Project Co and of any other material obligations or liabilities, which should have been performed or discharged by Project Co under the Material Contract, in each case, as at the date of the Step-in Notice.

  • As at the date of the first anniversary of the Step-in Date, if the Step-in Period has not previously ended, and the Authority is in the course of conducting discussions in good faith with a Proposed Substitute, the Step-in Period will be extended and will continue until such date as is proposed by the Authority and agreed by the Material Project Contractor, acting reasonably.

  • Material Project Documents means, collectively, the Power Purchase Agreement, the EPC Contract, the Transmission Facilities Construction Agreement, the O&M Agreement, the Coal Supply Agreements, the Coal Transportation Agreement and all other instruments, agreements or other documents arising from or related to the Project, but shall not include any Financing Agreement.

  • Project Contract means a Project Contract as such term is defined in the RfP; “Proposal” means a Proposal as such term is defined in the RfP;

  • Redevelopment Contract means this redevelopment contract between the Authority and Redeveloper with respect to the Project.

  • Project Company means Company incorporated by the bidder as per Indian Laws in accordance with Clause no 3.5.

  • Project Documents means all documents relating to the Construction Loan, Mortgage Loan and Construction Contract. It shall also include all documents required by any governmental agency having jurisdiction over the Apartment Housing in connection with the development, construction and financing of the Apartment Housing, including but not limited to, the approved Plans and Specifications for the development and construction of the Apartment Housing.

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Replacement Contractor means any third party service provider appointed by the Authority to supply any services which are substantially similar to any of the Services and which the Authority receives in substitution for any of the Services following the expiry, termination or partial termination of the Contract.

  • Responsible Contractor means a Contractor that has the capability in all material respects to perform the specifications of the Contract. In determining whether a Contractor is a Responsible Contractor, the Agency may consider various factors including, but not limited to, the Contractor’s competence and qualifications to provide the goods or services requested, the Contractor’s integrity and reliability, the past performance of the Contractor and the best interest of the Agency and the State.

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.
