Material Project Documents means, collectively, the Power Purchase Agreement, the EPC Contract, the Transmission Facilities Construction Agreement, the O&M Agreement, the Coal Supply Agreements, the Coal Transportation Agreement and all other instruments, agreements or other documents arising from or related to the Project, but shall not include any Financing Agreement.
Material Project means the construction or expansion of any capital project of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, the aggregate capital cost of which exceeds $50,000,000.
Project Contract means any contract between the District or the Corporation and any contractor or vendor regarding the construction, production or other acquisition or installation of any part of an Acquisition Project.
Project Contracts means collectively this Agreement, the Land Lease Agreement, the Construction Contract, O&M Contracts (if any) and any other material contract (other than the Financing Documents) entered into or may hereafter be entered into by the Concessionaire in connection with the Project;
EPC Contractor means the contractor responsible for engineering, procurement and construction of the Facility, including Seller if acting as contractor, and including all subcontractors.
Construction Contractor means a person who undertakes to or offers to undertake to, or purports to have the capacity to undertake to, or submits a bid to, or does himself or by or through others, construct, alter, repair, add to, subtract from, improve, move, wreck, or demolish any building, highway, road, railroad, excavation, or other structure, project, development, or improvement to real property, or to do any part thereof. "Construction contractor" includes subcontractors, specialty contractors, prime contractors, and any person receiving consideration for the general supervision and/or coordination of such a construction project except for remediation contracting. This definition shall govern without regard to whether or not the construction contractor is acting in fulfillment of a contract.
RFP Project Documents means the following documents to be entered into in respect of the Project, by the parties to the respective agreements:
Home improvement contractor or "contractor" means a person who sells goods and services, or agrees to furnish or render services, to a retail buyer pursuant to a home improvement installment contract, or sells goods and services to a retail buyer pursuant to a home improvement charge agreement, but not in connection with construction of new homes.

Sub-Contractor means the person named in the Contract for any part of the works or any person to whom any part of the contract has been sublet by the contractor with the consent in writing of the Engineer-in-charge and will include the legal representatives, successors and permitted assigns of such persons.
Key Sub-Contractor means any Sub-Contractor: listed in Framework Schedule 7 (Key Sub-Contractors); which, in the opinion of the Authority and the Customer, performs (or would perform if appointed) a critical role in the provision of all or any part of the Services; and/or with a Sub-Contract with a contract value which at the time of appointment exceeds (or would exceed if appointed) 10% of the aggregate Call Off Contract Charges forecast to be payable under this Call Off Contract;
Approved Contractor means an “Approved Contractor” specified in the Key Details.
Home improvement contract means an oral or written
Contract Work means everything required to be furnished and done by the Contractor by any one or more of the parts of the Contract referred to in Article 1, except Extra Work as hereinafter defined.
Project Work means the work required to complete the Project.
Redevelopment Contract means this redevelopment contract between the Authority and Redeveloper with respect to the Project.
Lead contractor means a person who has met the Board's requirements and has been issued a
Project Company means Company incorporated by the bidder as per Indian Laws in accordance with Clause no 3.5.
Project Documents means all documents relating to the Construction Loan, Mortgage Loan and Construction Contract. It shall also include all documents required by any governmental agency having jurisdiction over the Apartment Housing in connection with the development, construction and financing of the Apartment Housing, including but not limited to, the approved Plans and Specifications for the development and construction of the Apartment Housing.
Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;
Project Document means any one of the foregoing;
Replacement Sub-Contractor means a sub-contractor of the Replacement Supplier to whom Transferring Supplier Employees will transfer on a Service Transfer Date (or any sub-contractor of any such sub-contractor);
Replacement Contractor means any third party service provider appointed by the Authority to supply any services which are substantially similar to any of the Services and which the Authority receives in substitution for any of the Services following the expiry, termination or partial termination of the Contract.
Responsible Contractor means a Contractor that has the capability in all material respects to perform the specifications of the Contract. In determining whether a Contractor is a Responsible Contractor, the Agency may consider various factors including, but not limited to, the Contractor’s competence and qualifications to provide the goods or services requested, the Contractor’s integrity and reliability, the past performance of the Contractor and the best interest of the Agency and the State.
The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.
Procurement Contract or “Contract” means any written agreement of the Authority for the acquisition of goods or services of any kind in the actual or estimated amount of $25,000, or more.
