Material Shareholder definition

Material Shareholder shall have the meaning given to it in Section 7.31 hereof.
Material Shareholder has the meaning set forth in Section 3.29.
Material Shareholder means a shareholder holding a sufficient number of securities of the Company to affect materially the control of the Company.
