Materially Conforms definition

Materially Conforms means that the deliverable is ready to be used in production and meets or exceeds its intended functionality and performance. If the deliverable Materially Conforms to the specifications, then PGCC will provide written confirmation to Contractor that the deliverable is accepted.

Examples of Materially Conforms in a sentence

  • As used herein, the term "Materially Conforms" means that the deliverable is ready to be used in production and meets or exceeds its intended functionality and performance.

  • Within the time period specified in the Contract including any Contract Amendments, or if not specified, then within thirty (30) business days of receipt by HCPSS of a scheduled deliverable from Contractor, HCPSS shall determine whether such deliverable Materially Conforms to the specifications defined in the Contract.

  • If the deliverable Materially Conforms to the specifications, then HCPSS will provide written confirmation to Contractor that the deliverable is accepted.

Related to Materially Conforms

  • Plans and Specifications means the plans, drawings and specifications reasonably necessary to properly assess and review proposed Work prior to issuance of any approval that may be required under this Agreement;

  • Technical Specifications means the detailed requirements for the Work furnished by the Architect and set forth in Book 3 of the Contract Documents.

  • Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.
