Transferring Party has the meaning given such term in Section 5.2(b).
Acquiring Party has the meaning given such term in Section 4.1.
Transferring Stockholder has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.4(a).
Transferring Member has the meaning set forth in Section 9.4.
Transferring Shareholder has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(a).
License holder means an individual, corporation, partnership, governmental unit, association or any other entity to whom a license was issued under Iowa Code chapter 137C, 137D or 137F.
Transferring Former Supplier Employees in relation to a Former Supplier, those employees of the Former Supplier to whom the Employment Regulations will apply on the Relevant Transfer Date; and
DSM means the most current edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders published by the American Psychiatric Association.
Third Party Owner means any person who is the legal or beneficial owner (including a Lessor) of any Assets used or occupied by, or in the possession of the Deed Company as at the Appointment Date.
Third Party Components means software and interfaces, licensed by RIM from a third party for incorporation into a RIM software product, or for incorporation into firmware in the case of RIM hardware products, and distributed as an integral part of that RIM product under a RIM brand, but shall not include Third Party Software.
Transferring applicant means a person transferring from another health insurer.
Third Party Materials means any materials and information, including documents, data, know-how, ideas, methodologies, specifications, software, content, and technology, in any form or media, in which any Person other than the State or Contractor owns any Intellectual Property Right, but excluding Open-Source Components.
Third Party Manufacturer means (i) a Third Party whose primary business is contract manufacturing, or (ii) a Third Party who has a contractual arrangement with Licensee or with a sublicensee of Licensee that includes manufacturing of Client Product and/or Drug Product by such Third Party for Licensee or such sublicensee.
Third Party Material means software, software development tools, methodologies, ideas, methods, processes, concepts and techniques owned by, or licensed to a third party and used by the Service Provider in the performance of the Services;
Elan means Elan Corp and its Affiliates.
Supplying Party shall have the meaning stated in Section 35.8.2.
Disposition Notice is defined in Section 5.2(a).
Tobacco product manufacturer means an entity that after the date of enactment of this Act directly (and not exclusively through any affiliate):
Purchasing Party means CIG Media LLC, NBC Universal, Inc. and their respective Affiliates.

Manufacturing Know-How means, with respect to the Product or any Variant thereof, the technology, data, designs, processes, methods, specifications and other know-how used in connection with the formulation, manufacture, labeling, packaging, quality control, release testing, and production of the Product, and all ingredients used therein and portions thereof.
Product Manufacturer means the entity that assembles the component parts to manufacture the final Product;
Distillery manufacturing license means a license issued in accordance with
Transferring Supplier Employees means those employees of the Supplier and/or the Supplier’s Sub-Contractors to whom the Employment Regulations will apply on the Service Transfer Date.
Third Party Contractor as used in the Student Data Protection Act and “Operator” as used in COPPA. De-Identified Information (DII): De-Identification refers to the process by which the Contractor removes or obscures any Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) from Education Records in a way that removes or minimizes the risk of disclosure of the identity of the individual and information about them.
