Remarketing Date means each of the Business Days selected for Remarketing in an Optional Remarketing Period or the Final Remarketing Period.
Final Maturity Date means the date that (i) is one hundred eighty (180) days following the Scheduled Termination Date or (ii) such earlier date on which the Loans become due and payable pursuant to Section 9.01.
Latest Maturity Date means, at any date of determination, the latest maturity or expiration date applicable to any Loan or Commitment hereunder at such time, including the latest maturity or expiration date of any Other Term Loan, any Other Term Commitment, any Other Revolving Loan or any Other Revolving Commitment, in each case as extended in accordance with this Agreement from time to time.
Successful Remarketing means, as applicable, a Successful Optional Remarketing or a Successful Final Remarketing.
Legal Maturity Date means July 15, 2024.
Class B Maturity Date means the January 2040 Distribution Date.
Class A-1 Maturity Date means [ ] (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next preceding Business Day).
Final Remarketing means any Remarketing of the Notes that occurs during the Final Remarketing Period by the Remarketing Agent(s) pursuant to the Remarketing Agreement.
Initial Maturity Date means the earlier of (i) February 1, 2020 (the "Scheduled Initial Maturity Date"), and (ii) the date on which the unpaid principal balance of this Note becomes due and payable by acceleration or otherwise pursuant to the Loan Documents or the exercise by Lender of any right or remedy thereunder.
Failed Remarketing has the meaning specified in Section 5.4(b)(ii).
Class A-4 Maturity Date means [ ] (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day thereafter).
Early Maturity Date means the date notified to the Investor as such in the Early Maturity Notice;
Final Maturity has the meaning specified in Section 308.
L/C Maturity Date means the date that is five Business Days prior to the Revolving Credit Maturity Date.
Class A-2 Maturity Date means [ ] (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day thereafter).
Class C Maturity Date is defined in the Indenture.
Maturity Date means March 15, 2026.
Remarketing Period means the three Business Day period either (i) beginning on the Remarketing Date and ending after the two immediately following Business Days; (ii) immediately preceding October 1, 2004; or (iii) immediately preceding November 16, 2004.
Assumed Final Maturity Date As to each Class of Certificates, the date set forth as such in the Preliminary Statement.
Auction Date means the first Business Day preceding the first day of a Dividend Period.
Maturity Payment Date means the date falling on the fifth Business Day following the Valuation Date, provided, however, that if the Reference Portfolio Return is not determined on such Valuation Date because the date at which the Reference Asset Return of one or more Reference Assets to be determined is postponed, then the Maturity Payment Date will be the fifth Business Day following the latest of such postponed dates at which the Reference Portfolio Return is determined; in each case where the Maturity Payment Date is so postponed, there will be no interest or other compensation made in respect of any such delay.
Applicable Maturity Date has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.25(a).
Class A-3 Maturity Date means [ ] (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day thereafter).
Legal Final Maturity Date means the first Settlement Date on or after the date that is two years after the Termination Date.
Equipment Maturity Date is defined in Section 2.1.1.
Postponed Maturity Date means the tenth Business Day following the originally scheduled Maturity Date;
