Maximum Aggregate Number of Shares to be issued under the Plan means the total number of Shares which may be issued pursuant to all Awards of Restricted Stock and Restricted Stock Units under the Plan which is 800,000 Shares. The Shares to be issued pursuant to Awards may be authorized, but unissued, or reacquired Shares.
