Maximum Cost definition

Maximum Cost means the maximum cost to be paid by HP for the Services specified in a particular Statement of Work to be performed under this Agreement.

Maximum Cost means the maximum amount payable by you for the Schedule of Subject Premium and Reimbursable Losses and Deductible Losses and Self-Insured Losses and ALAE, if applicable, described in Section 6 of PART II.
