Maximum Issuance Amount definition

Maximum Issuance Amount means the maximum issuance amount up to which the Issuer may offer Notes to the relevant Note Purchaser as specified in relation to such Note Purchaser in the Note Purchase Agreement from time to time.
Maximum Issuance Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.4.
Maximum Issuance Amount means the maximum issuance amount up which the Issuer may offer Notes to the relevant Note Purchaser. "MiFID II" means directive 2014/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 May 2014 on markets in financial instruments and amending Directive 2002/92/EC and Directive 2011/61/EU.

  • In the event Hana issues to INEX an aggregate number of shares of Common Stock that equals the Maximum Issuance Amount, all amounts payable by Hana thereafter to INEX shall be made in cash.
