Maximum Issuance Amount definition

Maximum Issuance Amount means the maximum issuance amount up to which the Issuer may offer Notes to the relevant Note Purchaser as specified in relation to such Note Purchaser in the Note Purchase Agreement from time to time.
Maximum Issuance Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.4.
Maximum Issuance Amount means the maximum issuance amount up which the Issuer may offer Notes to the relevant Note Purchaser. Related to Maximum Issuance Amount

  • Issuance Amount means the aggregate Sales Price of the Shares to be sold by the Agent pursuant to any Issuance Notice.
